Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a skilled professional who will be part of our Advisory team and will support our clients with designing, developing, and enhancing custom ServiceNow solutions, along with supporting project related activities.


  • Ability to understand the business value delivered by IT services
  • Capacity to convert business logic into functioning code
  • Experience in ServiceNow development and deployment
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate the criticality of information collected from stakeholders, decompose high-level information into detail
  • Proficiency to communicate effectively via multiple channels (verbal, written, etc.) with technical and non-technical staff from Capgemini and customers’ part

  • Understanding of functionalities of ServiceNow and ability to explain and recommend platform capabilities to maximize value of delivered service

  • Knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in ServiceNow development as well as experience in deploying solutions consistent with ServiceNow best practices

  • Familiarity with ServiceNow workflow editor or flow designer

  • Experience with building and/or maintaining integrations using Web Services (SOAP, REST, JSON) middleware, etc.
  • Hands-on experience in developing and implementing custom UI Changes with usage of Web Technologies such as HTML and CSS changes
  • Background of ServiceNow APIs and in Service Integration design, transformation, and transition projects
  • Minimum 2+ Years of experience with Major Processes: Incident, Problem, Change Management, Knowledge, Service Catalog, CMDB, etc.
  • Knowledge of testing methodology including automated testing tools
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills in English.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum of two years of direct development experience with the ServiceNow platform
  • Certification in ServiceNow System Administration, Application Development or Scripting
  • ITIL v3 Foundations or ITIL v4 equivalent
  • Experience in use of ITOM products (Service Mapping, Discovery, Cloud Management)


  • Understand business requirements and translate them to functional requirements, reviewing ServiceNow constraints and the complexity of IT ecosystem, to clearly determine the scope of work and provide accurate schedule estimates
  • Plan and develop solutions within the ServiceNow environment to include new applications, forms, workflows, access control, interfaces, and cover any adjustments for them
  • Provide expertise on all technical questions related to development on of ServiceNow
  • Progress custom integrations: legacy systems with ServiceNow platform using mid-server or other relevant technologies
  • Create and maintain API and data integration processes between ServiceNow and other systems
  • Debugging difficult topics in ServiceNow modules, mending defects, and performing the necessary corrective actions
  • Prepare and maintain technical specifications and documents, architecture diagrams, system documentation and manuals
