In the role as Product Owner Self Service you will work in a global function and be a big part of leading the development of Sambla Group’s online customer journey platform, one of our most important platforms. You will manage and improve a platform that annually helps hundreds of thousands of customers compare and improve their lending situation - supporting our vision of democratizing lending.

Balance the daily operations consisting of: Discovery, Implementation and Follow-up
Manage and prioritize product backlogs with relevant stakeholders
Work with the scalability and customization of the product in the Nordic market
As a Product Owner at Sambla Group we believe that you have at least a couple of years of working experience in a relevant field such as website development and/or online platform development. You have experience with stakeholder management and have worked closely with development teams. Customer Satisfaction is the compass that sets the direction for your development initiatives and you always strive to create a superb customer experience.
Must have experience:
A proven track record within people management
Experience from product development or technical business development
Agile development or Scrum experience
Continuous product performance follow-up experience (quantitative and qualitative)
Fluent in English
Experience that is nice-to-have:
Website tracking
Leadership experience
Experience from the fintech industry
Knowledge of Jira/Asana/PowerBI
Conversion rate optimization (CRO) experience
Basic development experience
UX competence
