About the role
We are looking for the person who can make our team more efficient and productive with professional back-office management. Currently, there are one account manager and one engineer on the team. You will be the 3rd person responsible not only for task execution as a team player, but also management of business administration including customer care duties. Operational Manager is the 3rd pillar, and we also plan to have the 4th pillar of a Marketing Lead to help us grow further.
This position will be responsible for providing excellent Business Operations, Customer Care, Finance and General Administration that includes, but is not limited to, the following functional activities:
Business administration for Customer Care, Finance, Logistics and HR
Office management

To succeed in this role, we believe you are experienced in various back-office management fields, tasks and responsibilities. The following are the requirements for the role:

IAR Systems Taiwan is a subsidiary of IAR Systems Group, selling IAR Systems’ products to the domestic embedded systems market. IAR Systems started the business in Taiwan with a local distributor in 2001 and has been developing business in Taiwan since then. In 2020 we opened our office in Taipei located inside the Office of Business Sweden. From January 2023, we will expand our sales territories in covering Southeast Asia, Australia, and New Zealand, through two local distributors in the regions. Since IAR Taiwan will be the core office in Southeast Asia, we plan to move to a larger office, and, thus, you will be the project leader in charge of this operation.
