Each year more than 250 000 people from all over the world visit us at Scandic Destination Nordkapp and we're looking for team members to help us give them a memorable adventure at the North Cape.

As Booking Employee at Nordkapphallen your job will be to ensure that all group and individual bookings are handled promptly and correctly. You will be the point of contact with our professional partners that handle cruise and bus groups for their excursions to Nordkapphallen and your work is directly linked to the Operations Team’s ability to welcome and serve our guests efficiently.

You will have the responsibility of making sure our booking system always is kept up to date with the latest information so that all departments can prepare correctly and give the best level of service. You will also be supporting the administration in other work as needed.

You will work closely with the Management Team, while reporting to the Operations Manager. The position is mostly administrative but some work in operations is expected.

Skills & Requirements

Because Scandic Destination Nordkapp welcomes visitors and team members from all over the world, all our team members must speak and write English. Skills in any Scandinavian language are appreciated. Please note any additional language skills in your application.

  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Good computer and communication skills
  • Enjoy and thrive in a hectic environment
  • Passionate about service and giving the best experiences
  • Able to organize your own work
  • Calm, precise and flexible

This position is seasonal with startup from late April until late August 2023. The position will also require work on evenings, nights, weekends and public holidays.

Priority is given to internal candidates
