Data & AI Architect (Brussels)

In our mission to guide our customers to becoming Data Masters, we are looking for a Data & AI Architect who will be shaping the platforms of tomorrow.

YOUR ROLE

  • Envision, shape and implement data platform architecture, focusing on hyperscaler platforms across Azure, Snowflake and Google Cloud Platform.
  • Based on industry standards, best practices and extensive professional experience you define and advise on platform governance and dataOps
  • You lead local and international teams of architects, data engineers, BI developers in delivering data warehouses, datalakes, lakehouses, fabrics, meshes by taking owning the technical solution.
  • You lead the technical development of solutions in presales, and take ownership of shaping fit-for-purpose solutions and building an overview of the workload to implement.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Experience from extensive practical application of designing and delivering data platforms on Azure, Snowflake, Databricks, Google Cloud Platform.
  • Broad technical knowledge that enables onboarding new technology and according skills, and apply them in building solutions
  • End-to-end view on the key components of a Data Organisation and its capabilities: Data Management, Data Governance, Data Quality, …
  • Key data modelling skills ( Kimball, Inmon, Data Vault, Agile BI,…)
  • Strong knowledge of design patterns for data ingestion/transformations across the data lifecycle
  • Empathic leadership allowing to steer and motivate teams in delivering state-of-the-art solutions
  • Fluent in Dutch with professional working proficiency in English
