ESG Solution Lead

Job Description

We are looking for a ESG Solution Lead who will demonstrate skills in:

• Identifying and leading the development of the AI Analytics and Data solutions to be built which serve the different industries in Net-Zero, Sustainability, Environmental Profit & Loss, and Climate-Change solutions
• Working with the Analytics and Data local, regional and global team to develop the portfolio roadmap for Analytics and Data Sustainability assets
• Engaging with local Account Executives to equip them with the best available content on Analytics and Data for Sustainability
• Managing client relations with CX level clients directly and steer the Account growth to identify proactively and qualify opportunities in Analytics and Data Sustainability
• Responding to RFPs, review contractual agreements, and work with Project Management team on proposals and SOWs
• Leading and delivering customer engagements in the delivery of Sustainability solutions

You have

• Industry expertise on several sectors with leading experience in Consumer, Retail, Manufacturing, Energy & Utilities,…
• Industry experience in Sustainability; proven expertise in delivery of solutions
• Experience in establishing the data foundations for initiatives/projects in the space of CSR & ESG, reporting, Local and Global regulations and standards, and solutions for compliance

Technical Competencies:

• Evidence of expertise in Data Architectures and ecosystems, Data Governance and the reality of consumption of internal and external data sources
• Strong understanding of Analytics and Data market, technologies and vendor landscape, and specifically on Sustainability solutions
• Key understanding of industry and regulatory ESG standards such as GRI, TCFD, NFRD, CSRD and EU Taxonomy

Leadership Competencies required:

• Strong Client facing experience and C level relationship management
• Passionate, high positive energy, excellent communication skills & negotiation skills
• Thought leadership, a strong storyteller
• Work in a cross functional / teaming environment and drive business agenda across various stakeholders, able to navigate complexity, overlapping scopes and constant change.
