Technical Project Coordinator (Remote)

The Technical Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, organizing, and controlling the team project activities under the direction of a Project manager or a Key account manager. Technical Project Coordinator is an integral team member in project teams delivering complex deliveries and is working closely with the team to ensure that project objectives are met.
The focus for the Technical Project Coordinator is to support the team in their daily delivery but from time to time this person may support with some customer-facing project management work.
Experience with eCommerce platforms (Magento, BigCommerce, Salesforce, etc.) is highly attractive, but not a pre-requisite.
Key Performance Areas
At Vaimo Technical Project Coordinator works closely with a team of developers, and supports a project manager. Together, the team focuses on delivering projects of varying complexity. Technical Project Coordinator is vital to this success.
- Support Project manager(s) with the team forecast and escalation of chargebility issues
- Track the progress and quality of work being performed by the development team
- Monitor projects plans, work hours, budgets
- Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the project team
- Monthly invoicing drafts according to contract.
- Join team meetings and distribute minutes (if needed) to all project team members
- Keep the Project manager and Business unit manager informed about project status and issues that may impact client relations
- Attend client meetings (upon request) and assist with project requirements

- Prioritize and find ways to proceed when Project Manager is not available
- Supports the Project Manager with qualified tasks
- Interest within one or more competence areas for PM

Skills & Requirements
- 2-3 years experience as a Project Coordinator with web projects
- At least Upper-Intermediate English written and verbal
- Pro-active Team Leader with positive attitude who loves working with people
- A high degree of initiative and ability to work collaboratively
- Project Management skills (Team Planning, Sprint Planning, Solving Impediments, Reports)
- Strong planning, organisational and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable leading meetings in front of small audience (5-10 people)
- Scrum Rituals skills (Daily, Grooming, Demo, Retro)
- Very comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that requires constant multi-tasking
- Task Management skills (create and describe Epics, User Stories)
Nice to have
- Experience with eCommerce projects
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Google Drive tools
- Basic understand of HTML, CSS
- Basic knowledge of Wireframes and Architecture Diagrams
