Director Sales Operations | Mercell

POSITION OVERVIEW

The new DSO will work in the Revenue team reporting to Chief Revenue Operation, with a dotted line to the CFO.

During the last year, Mercell has implemented HubSpot as their main CRM, sales and marketing tool, across the organization. The new DSO and team - 20 FTE - will be responsible for the full implementation of this system, as well as making sure that data is reliable across countries.

You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and technology partners, running projects and maintaining data, as well as developing processes to increase efficiency.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Evaluate, optimize, and manage your team, 20 FTE
  • Work closely with implementation teams, to support implementing HubSpot across Mercell. Guide and train sales teams in using HubSpot
  • Coordinate and audit the sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes, together with CFO
  • Proactively identify and implement opportunities for sales process improvements, churn reduction and ensure high quality and leads handling, along with Revenue Operations
  • Make sure that both Buy and Supply may enter requested data, and ensure that processes across teams, are efficient and standardized when possible

  • Our business language is English, and it is required that you are fluent, in both written and spoken English. If you are proficient in one or more of the Scandinavian languages, it is highly valued.

In August this year, the American Private Equity company Thomas Bravo, bought Mercell and delisted the company from the stock exchange.
