The new DSO will work in the Revenue team reporting to Chief Revenue Operation, with a dotted line to the CFO.
During the last year, Mercell has implemented HubSpot as their main CRM, sales and marketing tool, across the organization. The new DSO and team - 20 FTE - will be responsible for the full implementation of this system, as well as making sure that data is reliable across countries.
You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and technology partners, running projects and maintaining data, as well as developing processes to increase efficiency.

The history of the company
Mercell was established in 1990, in Norway, as a public procurement tool. The company was acquired by Viken Venture in 2018. Following further growth, both organic as well as through the acquisition of EU-supply, Mercell got listed on Euronext growth at Oslo stock exchange in 2020. In August this year, the American Private Equity company Thomas Bravo, bought Mercell and delisted the company from the stock exchange.
