About the role

We are looking for an experienced Advisory Consultant to deliver the advisory projects sold, collaborate with different team members on making our customers successful, and help prospects and customers to;

i) Quantify the value of Usage Data across their Quote to Cash process and / or their XaaS business models,

ii) validate and design processes for Usage Data

iii) structure IT Operations to effectively, efficiently and securely maintain Usage Data and

iv) enable cross-functional teams to fully leverage the enterprise-wide Usage Data.

What you'll do

• Deliver Advisory Projects (which could include Change Management, Business Maturity Assessments, Process Validation & Mapping, Business Analysis, Business Architecture, Business Care creation.
• Support the creation of a portfolio of Advisory consulting services
• Support the creation of frameworks and templates
• Support client profiling and segmentation
• Conduct meetings with Prospects and Customer to determine their needs
• Present the structure and value of a Usage Data Advisory engagement for them
• Develop business proposals, SOWs and other reports when required
• Plan and manage multiple projects effectively
• Build strong relationships and develop repeat business

What you'll bring

• You are used with working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and visits clients' premises as and when required
• You are highly analytical and forward thinking
• You have 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis or Management Consulting
• You are experienced in working with quote to cash processes
• You have a business degree or proven track-record from similar positions
• You are fluent in English - other languages in addition are a plus
• You are familiar with IT consulting frameworks and practices
• You keep abreast of market development and trends including technology disruptions, legislative and regulatory changes
• You possess strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities to influence key stakeholders.
