Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Full Stack developer to join our team. As a key member of the team, you will participate in backend and frontend developments of the Scoop.it platform.

As a core team member you will:

  • Work alongside with the team to create new features in our distributed backend
  • Continuously improve the user interface to build powerful end-user facing experiences
  • Deliver the roadmap on targeted developments
  • Suggest and implement projects that mitigate technical debt
  • Look into all kinds of issues and propose innovative solutions
  • Collaborate with the CSM team on level 2 support issues

This is a role with a high level of autonomy and possibility to be involved in the decision making process with real product impact.

The successful candidate will report to the Scoop.it Lead Developer based in France.

Skills & Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience ideally in a Saas company
  • Enthusiasm, curiosity, and empathy
  • Strong experience in Java / Javascript (React) development
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, debugging and troubleshooting skills
  • Curious and eager to learn from infrastructure topics
  • Fluency in French and English is a must
