About the role:
As a Senior New Sales at Epassi, the main tasks are to sell and promote our products. You’ll be responsible for the entire sale cycle, from finding new prospects, booking meetings with potential clients, signing contract and implementing the sold solutions.
Your focus will be on the private sector in the Swedish market, with a target range of the 500 biggest companies in the country. Your main target groups are HR managers or CEO’s. It’s therefore important to set actions to keep a stable sales pipeline and seal deals.
You’ll make sure to check how the sold solutions are working for the clients and give them the best possible support during the first implementation year and keep good relations.
Good communication and coordination skills are key, not only with prospects and clients, but also with internal stakeholders such as Product, Support and Affiliated Partners team.
