Senior New Sales - Stockholm

We are the market leader in mobile payments for employee benefits in Northern Europe – our solution combines all the benefits into one mobile app. Epassi’s team is made of highly skilled people from top notch business developers, designers and software engineers to passionate sales, marketing and customer support professionals (a total of 150 employees in 3 countries). About the role:

As a Senior New Sales at Epassi, the main tasks are to sell and promote our products. You’ll be responsible for the entire sale cycle, from finding new prospects, booking meetings with potential clients, signing contract and implementing the sold solutions.

Your focus will be on the private sector in the Swedish market, with a target range of the 500 biggest companies in the country. Your main target groups are HR managers or CEO’s. It’s therefore important to set actions to keep a stable sales pipeline and seal deals.

You’ll make sure to check how the sold solutions are working for the clients and give them the best possible support during the first implementation year and keep good relations.

Good communication and coordination skills are key, not only with prospects and clients, but also with internal stakeholders such as Product, Support and Affiliated Partners team.

About you:

  • 5 years' experience in new sales within B2B or B2B2C with higher complexity level of sales.
  • Good communication skills and ability to build trustful relationships and influence on all levels.
  • Confident and calm in your sales approach.
  • You have a record of high sales figures & customer satisfaction.
  • You take the initiative to identify and drive improvement ideas.
  • You’re structured and focused on your targets, to reach your goals.
  • Good Excel and Power point skills
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
