Here at Banqsoft, we can’t wait to meet you. We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our global HR team. The role is based in Stockholm and has a global remit but with a specific focus on the Nordics. Your main mission will be to develop a strong candidate pipeline and even stronger transition to successful hires.

You will have a direct impact on the strategic goal and growth pipelines, working for a truly international company that has culture at the heart of everything we do – this role makes a difference.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Banqsoft you will work together with HR Business Partners and hiring Managers across all divisions, be part of our brilliant and highly collaborative People & Culture team, you will report to both the Senior People Experience Manager (based in Stockholm) and the lead on Talent Acquisition (based in Oslo).

What does the role look like?

  • Actively search for high-skilled and well-qualified candidates for our different roles (mainly non-technical roles such as Business Consultants, Project Managers but with the potential for technical roles also) using various sourcing techniques

  • Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to assess recruitment needs and develop sourcing strategies to recruit top talents

  • Responsible for the full cycle of the recruitment process (screening, scheduling and conducting interviews, managing tests, checking references, sending offers)

  • Manage the workflow of candidates in the applicant tracking system

  • Build and maintaining great relationships with candidates to develop talent pipelines, positive brand awareness and with the candidate experience always in mind

  • Continuous improvement of the recruitment process

  • Monitor market trends to contribute to recruitment strategy

  • A part of driving employer branding initiatives (events, social media) to attract future employees

  • Initiate and lead employee engagement activities (social events) at the office to help create a great work environment.

  • Assist with HR administration such as On- and Offboarding processes in our HR system and payroll input

Are we the right match?
To master the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist, we think you have these talents and experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar position

  • Proven experience with sourcing techniques (e.g Boolean search on LinkedIn Recruiter)

  • Knowledge of different assessment tools

  • Experience in, and lots of ideas around, Employer Branding initiatives

  • Great communication skills and fluency in English and one Nordic language, preferably Swedish (both written and verbal)

  • Build and maintain excellent relationships, with collaboration at the heart of what you do

  • Positive cultural contributor and a can-do approach

  • You care about results and quality, with a long-term view on hiring to nurture and develop our great company culture

It’s great if you have (but not a must!):
