Sogeti has a large and growing Cybersecurity department with a shared SOC. In order to improve the quality of work and its customer relationship, the entity is looking for a Cybersecurity Service Manager in order to be the SPOC for some of our clients.
You will also have the unique opportunity to gain experience with the shared technical knowledge of your futures colleagues, for prestigious clients, in the cyber security field.
As a Cybersecurity Service Manager for our key account clients, you will be responsible for managing the detection and response to security incidents on its international IT perimeter. As such, your daily role will be to:
- Act as the SPOC between the client team and our internal SOC team;
- Support client implementation;
- Lead the follow up of client’s incidents;
- Pilot Incident Management Process and also Infrastructure deployment and tuning;
- Provide indicators and reporting concerning the global activity of the SOC;
- Monitor SLA and financial;
- Identify and report any deviations in the defined SOC process, with continuous improvements;
- Be sure that the team respects best practices, standards and play books;
- Ensure proper management of rights and access to various resources;
- Be proactive and suggest improvements to customers / internal team in order to optimize processes, detection and client satisfaction;
- Create, write and maintain accurate documentation and procedures.
