Your role, your future
As part of the team in charge of the Intelligent Industry at Invent, the (Senior) Director will provide his or her expertise on issues related to operations
He/she will assist clients in activating all the levers at their disposal to improve their competitiveness.
Your role, as (Senior) Director, is based on the following issues:
Business Development: You will develop part of the business of your entity within Capgemini Invent and have credibility as a leader in your field, both with clients and colleagues. You will contribute to the development of a business platform on which you will generate a significant volume of business and/or value through the acquisition of accounts or through the expansion of existing accounts with the support of all the firm's teams
People Management: You will contribute to the development of employees. As a Talent Leader within the entity, you will support consultants in their professional development throughout their career at Capgemini Invent
Delivery: You will develop business relationships at the CxO level and lead large projects/programs that involve all Capgemini Group entities (technology experts, data, designers, etc.) in order to offer the best solutions to clients
Driving Innovation: You will develop an asset for the success of large projects and support the development of innovative thinking on new business models / services / assets. You contribute to the marketing and visibility of the Invent brand through your publications (blogs, posts, etc.) and interventions.
