What will your missions be?

We are currently looking to hire an: energetic, highly motivated, can-do attitude individual who enjoys networking and establishing relationships. This person will possess strong partnerships experience, have a customer first mindset and possess the acumen to work effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial and strategic relationships with organizations in accordance with company's overarching objective, goals and strategies.

  • Work with Capgemini client teams, partners and customers to do effective presentations/demos and evangelize our solutions with partners
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategy with key strategic partnerships
  • Own the revenue target for partnership, build pipeline, and execute partner marketing and enablement activities
  • Establish a systematic process for partner outreach and relationship management.
  • Collaborate effectively with practice teams, marketing, PR, legal, and business teams to drive, manage, and grow key partnerships
  • Work with other teams internal to the organization to ensure that Alliance and Partnership goals are synchronized with organizational goals.
  • Build and develop commercial and strategic relationships with our key targeted partners
  • Negotiating attractive partnership deals and ensuring mutually beneficial partnership terms that are in line with business objectives and strategy
  • Attend various trade fairs and networking events on behalf of the company.
  • Strategize newer ways to grow current partnerships.
  • Preparing slide decks for different meetings
  • Initiate discussions and plan meetings based on As-Is-Analysis
  • Preparing and reporting to SBU Alliance Manager & BU Cluster
  • Monitoring THOR (internal CRM) on a regular basis – especially quarterly closings
  • Monitor and making sure internal alliance budgets are reached
  • Creating action plans and applying ideas (internally and externally with partners)
  • PMO for different events
  • Organizing remote events for sales/delivery/cloud SPOCS/etc. with/out partners
  • Regular meetings with alliance SPOCS/sales SPOCS/Cloud COE/etc.
  • Travel to other places of business.

Your profile :

  • Bachelor’s degree required, master’s degree preferred
  • 3+ years of prior relevant work experience, preferably managing large partnerships or in a pre-sales role managing clients
  • Well-versed with various software such as: Salesforce, SAP and Microsoft Office
  • Comfort in leading sales cycles
  • Customer-centric mind to build and nurture long-term relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to manage a fast-paced, changing environment;
  • Has an aptitude for understanding the technical side of software
  • High motivation, good work ethic, maturity and personal initiative;

For this position, it is necessary that you have, at least, an operational level of English and Romanian, both written and spoken. German speaking skills represents a plus.
