To support the growth of our Financial Services Practice, we are looking for several Consultants specialized in Wealth Management, to support our private banking clients in their digital transformation. Your Key Responsibilities.

• Setting-up a framework based on experience and Capgemini’s methodology
• Building the migration path, providing conversion rules specifications and defining the reconciliation strategy & reports
• Creating and maintaining a comprehensive project documentation
• Supporting in the project scope definition and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Delivering process maps and business requirements to the chosen IT provider
• Tracking and reporting project risks, milestones, client and partners inputs
• Coordinating the development team on designed solutions
• Conducting workshops with demanding business stakeholders and IT teams

What we expect from you.

• Master’s Degree in Computer science, and/or in Finance with a strong IT experience
• At least 4 years of experience in consulting firms, with record of expertise and accomplishment
• Solid understanding of the Private Banking IT system (at least 2-3 years of working experience specifically in Wealth Management) and of best practices
• Strong knowledge of private banking processes (onboarding, static data management, CRM/CLM, KYC, client visit, cross-border rules, Finma, Data Protection, and related compliance topics )
• Experience in projects implementing CRM solutions in Wealth Management, such as Finantix and WDX
• At ease in writing functional specifications and test cases, able to analyze and design business processes
• Ability to understand business priorities, analyze features / defects and proactively propose solutions to business stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills with a collaborative personality, ability to frame complex concepts into easy-to-understand information to stakeholders
• Good capabilities to work autonomously, with few guidance, and still get things done
• Fluent in both English and French
