About the position

As a PACS Performance Support Specialist, your goal is to solve our toughest problems related to the performance of the Sectra PACS. Customer satisfaction will be at your core and you will need to be resourceful and a big-picture thinker to get the job done. Autonomy is key in your daily work as you will need to drive conversations and solutions both internally and externally. Our customers leverage the latest technology and moves at a high pace to deploy new and exciting products, features and workflows so having in-depth knowledge of PACS, Networking, Windows Servers, SQL server, DICOM, HL7 and more will be important. This position is remote-based.

The salary range for this position is between $115,000 and $135,000, based on experience and qualifications.
