SENIOR PRODUCT OWNER (Business Tech)

By Malene Birger is looking for a Senior Product Owner who will be responsible for leading By Malene Birger’s technical product team in establishing the technical roadmap for digital product development and improve processes to ensure increased growth and high-quality service delivery.
The Senior Product Owner is a new business/tech role and will report to the Chief Commercial Officer. You will coordinate priorities in liaison with Product Owners from different teams. Together you align backlog priorities with stakeholders, based on customer insights and business needs.
The main responsibilities will be:
- Setting a strategic vision for By Malene Birger's digital products and platforms
- Creating a single, prioritized backlog and release plan to be delivered by internal teams and implementation partners
- Decide which metrics the Product Owner Teams will monitor
- Assess customer product feedback and adjust the common backlog accordingly
- Initiate and facilitate forums and routines to lead and align Product Owner’s and Executives across the organisation.
The Senior Product Owner will be accountable along with external stakeholders and partners for the efficient delivery of product increments according to the release plan.
The Senior Product Owner leads and coordinates an executive forum for leadership and other stakeholders to express their preferences to the Product Owner Team, negotiate priorities, alter budgets, or realign teams to maximize the delivery of value towards customers (D2C, B2B and internal users).
The Product Owner organisation (Product Owners, Senior Product Owner, and Executives) will be developed with strong leadership from the experienced Senior Product Owner, who will work cross-functionally to deliver frequent and maximum value within available resources and budgets:

- Release Planning
Skills & Requirements
Requirements:

Degree within Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Product Management or Engineering or similar.

Extensive experience (+5 years) in digital product management roles within international e-commerce/omnichannel environments is required.

Excellent communication and interpersonal/stakeholder management skills in English required.

Strong knowledge of product development methodologies and Six sigma/Agile is required since establishing this way of working will be a key expected deliverable.

Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, InRiver PIM, and Infor M3 is a plus.
