What will your missions be?

Attached to the Marketing and Communication Team in Capgemini Romania, you will be in charge of defining, managing and implementing marketing and employer branding action plans for the Business Services and Infrastructure Services units, for which you will be a referent and will participate in the influence of Group actions at the local level. Your focus will lie in Employer Branding area and Brand Awareness.

In collaboration with the entire Marketing and Communication team, your missions will include the following:

  • Design Marketing and Communication plans, in collaboration with Business Services and Infrastructure Services stakeholders.
  • Create marketing materials and content for both customers and potential New Hires to promote our brand on the local market.
  • Act in support of commercial action by participating in the lead acquisition strategy and the production of sales support materials.
  • Organize and manage our participation in various events.
  • Create, drive, and monitor Social Media strategy as defined by the Marketing Communications Team.
  • Choose and coordinate the different service providers.
  • Write Press Releases, articles, and various blog posts
  • Analyze the performance of the actions carried out.
  • Support the marketing department in other cross-functional missions.
  • Knowledge in using Marketing and Communications tools is a plus (SemRush, Google Analytics, Pardot, Perfect Audience, Hootsuite, Adobe Creative tool set, etc.)

Your profile :

  • With University degree in the field on Marketing and Communication/ Journalism/ Advertising,
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in the marketing communication field, ideally in the service sector and/or in a B2B technological environment.
  • You are proactive, creative and enthusiastic.
  • You are eager to learn and develop further your skills and your career.
  • You are recognized for your organizational skills and your autonomy in a complex environment.
  • You also have good interpersonal skills, writing skills and a good spirit of synthesis and teamwork.
  • For this position, it is necessary that you have, at least, an operational level of English and Romanian, both written and spoken.
