Are you an experienced marketer with a passion for commercial fiction and direct-to-consumer marketing?
Bonnier Books UK is looking for a marketing manager to join Embla Books, its digital-first imprint. Launched just over a year ago, Embla Books has become a home for creating bestselling eBooks across a broad range of genres - from crime and thrillers to sagas and romantic fiction.
Reporting into the head of marketing, you’ll have full responsibility and ownership of your campaigns including strategy, budgeting and planning, implementation, and optimisation. You will be actively involved in the imprint's growth strategy and initiatives, and will help build our audiences and consumer marketing channels globally. You will be responsible for implementing programmatic marketing solutions to drive long term sales and revenues for our books.
The ideal candidate will be both creative and analytical, highly commercial, action-oriented, consumer-focused, and adept at using data to inform decisions and deliver results. You will be a team player, with great communication skills and solid experience in campaign management, and an ability to adapt quickly to trends in consumer demand and digital marketing.
This is a rare opportunity to join an imprint in its early stages, helping to shape the growth and strategy, with your input on list building welcomed. You’ll be directly responsible for delivering cross-channel digital marketing campaigns, whilst working alongside a dynamic, collaborative, and highly skilled team who love what they do.
