We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Product Marketing Manager with a proven track record in products and services marketing to business customers. You will take ownership of WithSecure™ products marketing and how it's components deliver more value together. WithSecure™ has a set of groundbreaking security applications, services and solutions to protect companies’ everyday digital life. The solutions keep evolving all the time with new value adding features and products. We want to make sure that our customers and prospects understand what new features and solutions are launched and what outcomes our solutions provide.

This role will drive our products and services to the markets. Your work will cover positioning, value proposition creation, launching the new products into markets, supporting marketing activities and solution selling. You’ll be also developing our ways of working towards a top class Product Marketing function that is bridging the Product Management, Offering, Marketing and Sales operations.

Key responsibilities

  • Managing the major launches of new products and services together with marketing, product management and other relevant colleagues.
  • Utilization of market and competitive landscape insights and influencing product marketing strategy
  • Creating value propositions and portfolio messaging
  • Sales collateral content creation with our production partners.
  • Together with product managers and sales, ensure the products and services are competitive in the eyes of sales partners and customers as well as end-users.
  • Ensure that marketing and sales teams have the right tools and competencies regarding the product to drive demand and sales.
  • Drive and support creation of an up-to-date sales kit including product Web pages, brochures, sales presentations, and support marketing in creation of other product related content.

To succeed in this role, you must have

  • World-class skills and experience in product marketing or equivalent, for example marketing and product management.
  • Previous experience in software or B2B solutions marketing. You are able to crystallize complex solutions to meaningful and engaging messages that resonate to the target audience. You understand how to work with B2B sales and marketing.
  • Ability to translate strategy to meaningful steps and activities.
  • High energy level, innovative self-starter spirit and enthusiasm working with various stakeholders from global to country teams.
  • Competence to always think customer first: interpreting technology to business outcomes and value to customers.
  • Strong team working and communication skills
  • Fluent communication skills in English (verbal, written, presentation)
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Master’s degree in marketing or equivalent. Marketing studies are an important asset in this job.
  • Minimum 5 years experience of global (Product) Marketing operations
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the IT industry or other B2B company with digital products.
