SAP Roles and Authorization Consultant

Introduction:

We are looking for a Nordic based, Swedish speaking SAP Authorization Consultant to work at our biggest client in the Defense sector who is taking greater steps in digitalization together with Capgemini. Here, in addition to SAP and the upcoming S / 4 project, we have several ongoing projects in Governance, HR, Logistics, IT and finance with a large team of consultants from all parts of Capgemini. As SAP Authorization consultant, you have a chance to become part of this enormous collective competence that really makes a difference to Sweden’s security.

Your main responsibilities in this role would be:

  • To configure and implement a sustainable and secure authorization solution, focusing on the existing SAP environments (ECC, Portal, HR, BI, SRM, GRC, HANA DB etc.)
  • Being responsible for the solution throughout the whole project cycle from requirements to go-live.
  • Handling tickets in various tools like JIRA and Remedy, to create new users (dialogue or system users), to lock/unlock users, role assignments, and changes.
  • Develop and maintain standards and procedures for the SAP Security (Fiori, Application and HANA) and user access controls all SAP instances.
  • Review the business blueprint, functional specifications for SAP security role development and user acceptance test plans and participate in cutover activities during go-live phases.
  • Evaluate business risks associated with security role design, implement appropriate controls to address those risks and provide recommendations on ways to simplify and streamline the security design.
  • Develop the GRC rule sets, workflows and approvers for user provisioning /de-provisioning, authentication/authorization/emergency access and access recertification based on business needs, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.

What you will bring with you:

  • Good Knowledge of SAP Basis, Methods and Tools: SAP ECC, SAP BW, Jira, Active Control, Remedy, S/4HANA project implementations
  • Extensive experience in SAP HANA Authentication, Authorizations, Analytical privileges, User management, Role design and Fiori Security.
  • Experience in Security Design & Blueprinting, Customization, Implementation and Auditing of SAP Roles and Authorization (S/4 HANA & Fiori).
  • Experience from working with many processes and an extensive amount of documentation, taking ownership in parallel.
  • Ability to understand and analyze complex information and share it in effective and clear communications.
  • Ability to take responsibility, work proactively and continuously improve activities in complex, quickly transforming environments.
  • Must be fluent in Swedish and English (Spoken & written).
