The Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer with a focus on Field Service with broad experience on Salesforce Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning, Sales Cloud, and ideally even broader tech in service and sales domains (e.g., Service Max, Asset360, CPQ solutions, other relevant AppExchange solutions for service and sales). In this role you are typically working as part of a team responsible for designing, analyzing, and advising on service and sales solutions for leading client organizations.

What would help you to succeed in this role?

  • 3-5 years of experience with development on the Salesforce platform.
  • Broad and certified expertise in the Salesforce service and sales ecosystem including following: Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Field Service Lightning (mandatory ), Salesforce Sales Cloud.
  • Fluent English and Finnish language skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong Salesforce background combined with the ability to understand clients’ business.

Ideally you would combine the willingness, drive, and energy to be part of sales and new business development paired with the ability to conceptualize. This also requires strong consultancy and interpersonal skills paired with good leadership skills. At the end of the day, it’s all about creating the wow-effect for the customer through thought leadership in the service and sales domains.

Ticked every box so far? These extras will net you bonus points:

  • Knowledge in Development Life Cycles and processes on the Force.com platform using industry-standard practices (Agile, CI/CD).
  • Experience in other service and sales technologies is considered a plus (eg. ServiceMax, Asset360, CPQ solutions, customer portals). You have broad understanding of the modern digital service and sales capabilities that large organizations need (Predictive/prescriptive maintenance, Self-service portals, Customer 360, Sales automation).
  • In general, all commercial hands-on software development experience is considered to your advantage: Apex, VisualForce, Lightning LWC, XML, JavaScript, JSON would all come in handy, for example.
  • Experience working with internal and/or external integrations to and from Salesforce.
  • Other Salesforce certificates are plus.
  • Prior manufacturing sector experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work in multicultural, offshore/hybrid teams.
