Mid/Senior .NET Software Engineer (Cloud)
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will join the Business Analytics team, which provides a range of software and services to Banqsoft’s customers, including Business Intelligence solutions, Anti-Money Laundry, integrations, and migrations. The working environment includes (but is not limited to) Azure DevOps, MS Visual Studio, PowerShell, MS Azure, and SQL Server toolset. Our ambition is to move all our services into cloud. The team is working from four different offices in Norway, Sweden, and Poland.
We are creating a platform in MS Azure for microservices, and we need to grow our team to deliver on our roadmap. We are looking for developers with strong backgrounds in C# .NET with aspirations to learn cloud technologies.
You will be joining a team that consists of a Senior Full Stack Engineer, Junior Full Stack Engineer, Senior Test Engineer, Senior System Consultant, and a Scrum Master. You will be supported by our Senior Cloud Architects in our Platform team to design and build our solutions from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Working with the Product Owner to breakdown features into requirements, and then the Cloud Architects and Development teams to design the technical implementation
- Influencing the entire development cycle, including design, architecture, development
- Alongside the team, owning the products you build from end-to-end.
- Understanding well the business context of the team/product and having an overview of the company-wide business context
- Collaborating with the team to identify and fix technical problems
- Collaborating with other departments in an international environment, delivering on team’s goals
ABOUT YOU
Essential skills and Experience :
- At least 3 years’ experience with .NET C# development, backend or full stack
- Good written and verbal communication in English
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
Preferred skills and experience:
- T-SQL, Microsoft SQL Server
- ASP.NET Core REST services
- GIT, CI/CD using Azure DevOps
- Enterprise Microservices Architecture, DDD and TDD
- Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code and Networking
- Financial or banking sector interest
