As a new joiner into the Digital Customer Experience Team in Capgemini Belgium, you will use and build on your experience in Adobe Experience Cloud. You will be working with clients and other third parties, as well as Capgemini’s teams from across the Firm, with a chance to deliver for some of the biggest global brands. You will have a degree of technical knowledge, as well as the ability to communicate to business users. We are looking for practical, enthusiastic people, with a desire to learn and be a part of a period a high growth for our team.
Your responsibilities in the service are:
Design and implementation of solution architectures and technical designs based on Adobe solutions, specific customer requirements as well as strategic and technical framework conditions
Detailing and breaking down customer strategies and requirements in project phases and roadmaps, based on customer priorities, project experience and (technical) dependencies
Leading workshops and advising our customers on how to optimally use their marketing stacks
Technical discussions with our customers from various industries around digital marketing, MarTech solutions, integration with existing systems and target architectures
Suggest and implement solutions for process improvement.
Integrate Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, both within the ecosystem and with other tools that our clients have
You have expertise/certification in either of adobe experience products
Knowledge or experience of other Adobe Experience Cloud solutions
Your profile
8+ years of experience in software development and architecture design
5+ years of experience in the conception and implementation of customer-specific requirements in either of the following Adobe experience products: AEM, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Campaign, Magento, Forms or Adobe Target. If you are not an multi solution expert but an expert in any of the individual areas, we are also looking forward on seeing your application!
Extensive expertise in the following programming languages / technologies: HTML, HTML5, Java Script, XML, Java, WCM, OSGi. REST, GraphQL, Web Analytics
Enthusiasm for DevOps approaches / best practice
Experience in cloud migrations and deployment concepts for one or more cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
good knowledge of Dutch and English
Excellent problem-solving skills with a proven ability to identify and solve problems and, if necessary, to call in other experts
Pronounced interest and enthusiasm for digital marketing trends, web technologies and topics such as personalization, cross-channel marketing and customer data management / customer activation
Strong skills to effectively interface with client
