We are now looking for passionate Technical Customer Success Manager to provide world-class technical support and build strong partnerships with our constantly growing, international user base. You will act as the main point of contact for our global clients and ensure successful collaboration with Sievo. You will not only develop yourself professionally but also be able to affect and further improve our ways of working. You will have a concrete impact on giant corporations such as Kellogg, Becton Dickinson, Levi’s or Mars while enjoying the fun, flexible and dynamic setting of a growth company.
As a Technical Customer Success Manager you will:
Act as a technical client facing lead for your Clients and develop an understanding of their procurement analytics needs
Collaborate with Key Account Manager to develop Clients retention and growth strategies
Help execute proof of concepts for sales cases with Clients.
Provide client support and/or coordinate internal efforts for client issue resolutions and technical problem solving
Design Sievo applications together with other colleagues to match the needs of your Clients and configure the applications for them
Get your hands dirty in SQL databases, Excel and visualization platforms (Qlik) and work with the Sievo application tools
Onboard new Clients and train users to get the most out of the insights our application provides to them
Help Client Procurement, Finance and IT functions to find solutions for their needs and to get the maximum value out of Sievo’s software

Thrive to exceed Client expectations. You treat your Clients in a way you would like to be treated yourself
Can speak, write, read and conduct workshops in fluent English. Other language skills (e.g. Spanish) are an asset too
Are familiar with SQL, can follow scripts and understand what they do
Are tech-savvy and quick to learn how to use new software and technologies. Previous experience with QlikView or Qlik Sense is a plus
Don’t mind travelling from time to time for client meetings
Additionally, prior experience or understanding of procurement, supply chain would help you make a flying start, but is not a prerequisite.
