Basware Corporate Functions supports Basware business by providing and continuously developing high quality tools, processes and expertise to enable successful execution of company strategy, effective operations, and happy internal and external customers.
Corporate Functions has skilled and development-oriented people working across the world in all of Basware’s 14 countries, with truly global ways of working, and consists of Digital Office, Finance, Human Resources, Administration, Legal and Sourcing teams.

We are looking for a SaaS revenue controlling interim to perform business control related activities including financial planning and analysis globally within Basware.

- Perform regular reviews of sales bookings and contracts - Perform month-end close related revenue assurance and forecasting activities, including variance analysis on actual/forecast/previous forecast and commentary, for example
- Conduct various analysis of revenue drivers (subscription revenue, transaction volumes related overage fees, product mix)
- Compile period-end reporting package for the top management - Possibility to present latest monthly actuals, forecasts and analysis to top management
NOTE: this position is for a fixed term, 2 years. Other career opportunities are expected to arise in this term within Basware Iasi, based on your performance and skills.
What we’re looking for:
Team player and effective communicator with all levels of management and cross functional organizations
Experience of using some invoicing system, SAP, and/or PowerBI is considered an advantage
Willingness to take on new challenges
Willingness to learn or possess revenue and expense recognition basic understanding
Willingness to learn project management skills, including e.g. planning, organizing, and prioritizing work assignments by following broad and complex instructions
