As a digital learning producer, you’ll be part of our learning and development team within Group HR, supporting all parts of our business with inspiring learning content. Mainly for digital learning, but with our blended approach this can also include workshop material.
At Scandic we can learn in many ways. Learning materials are available on our social learning platform Fuse. Digital learning bits are searchable on any device when we need it. We meet up and discuss important topics, learn from each other, and innovate further.
Our aim is clear; We - the people of Scandic – are building a learning culture to create great hotel experiences for the many people.
What you’ll do?
You will manage and produce trainings and digital learning bits, such as videos, guides, infographics, and short online courses. This also include coordination of voiceover, translations, and other parts of the production in collaboration with suppliers and stakeholders.
Apart from being an ambassador for our culture as well as our learning solutions, you will engage with people and content on our learning platform, as well as coach and support stakeholders regarding digital tools and methods.
Who you are?
Our ideal candidate has experience from all parts of a digital learning creation process – from business need to learning experience. However, for us your personality and willingness to learn new things is more important than anything else.
