The Europe SAP CoE is the presales and portfolio leading team across Europe, made up of a global network of SAP presales leads and architects / specialists that drive the rapid expansion of our SAP business in the Renewable Enterprise domain (S/4HANA, BTP and Saas/Paas Apps, Intelligent Industries, Cloud).

We spend every day focused on developing opportunities directly with clients and partners, helping them get the best business value from their SAP transformation. With more than 500 SAP S/4HANA projects in Europe and 1200 globally, a unique value-driven end-to-end transformation approach, Capgemini offers you to work on the most interesting SAP S/4 HANA projects in Europe.

Most of our SAP customers expects Supply Chain improvements from their S/4HANA transformation, including a more responsive Supply Chain and advanced Digital Planning.

As a SAP Digital SUPPLY CHAIN Expert in the Europe SAP CoE, you will be at the heart of our continued expansion of our SAP business – with a focus on the Supply chain transformation. You will be working with new and existing clients across Europe, in a deal shaping, presales or a Digital Supply chain Subject Matter Expert (SME) role

Your field of play is Europe – job can be based anywhere in Europe and includes a combination of work from home and physical presence at customers or events.

Your Role

As SAP Digital Supply Chain expert, you will, with your experience and skills, help solve complex challenges in that domain : changing consumer demand and difficult demand forecast, trade wars, raw material shortages, stricter regulations and environmental care, …

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Provide expert advice on SAP Supply Chain business solutions (EWM, PP/DS, IBP, …) and related third-party products
  • Shape target architecture and identify complement solutions for end-to-end business coverage
  • Analyze, solution and estimate responses for SAP Supply Chain Transformation deals. You will be able to assess and synthesize complex customer requests in that domain
  • Being part of our global network of SAP CoE, liaising with counterparts across Europe to coordinate go to market development
  • Define, develop and promote Digital Supply Chain focused propositions based on SAP solutions
  • Delivering compelling and confident presentations across client pursuits and external/internal events, building eminence. Be responsible for addressing a portfolio of target clients, working with relevant Market Unit Account Directors and industry practitioners to proactively expand Capgemini’s opportunity pipeline
  • Developing trusted relationships across client stakeholder groups and key partners such as SAP

Your Profile

  • You have a passion to work with our clients, advising them on how to get the most out of their Supply Chain transformation
  • You are used to work in an international environment, with different teams – business advisory consultants, solution experts, marketing and sales teams, Supply Chain peers, … and create networks across countries
  • You will have a depth of consulting and functional experience across SAP Supply Chain components and additionally one or more SAP business process areas such as Procurement (traditional and cloud), Inventory and Warehouse Management, Manufacturing, Quality Management, and Global Trade Services
  • Evidence of a presales experience, with the demonstrable ability to shape and structure RFx responses
  • Engaging and enthusiastic communicator with strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Experience in presenting to senior client stakeholders up to and including CxO-level
  • Knowledge of the strategic direction of SAP in the Supply Chain domain
  • Additionally, be able to demonstrate either experience or willingness to learn:

Strong connections with the broader SAP ecosystem e.g. SAP and other relevant partner organizations.
