Role and responsibilities:

  • To ensure the business-critical projects in the company are carried out and delivered in an efficient and sustainable way
  • Facilitating in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical / operational / organizational feasibility
  • To engage internal and external stakeholders in such projects throughout the whole project phases with clear tracking and monitoring of project progress, performance, risk analysis, etc.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of company’s operational processes

Key success factors:

  • Proven track record and strong experience of management and delivery of multi-functional, cross-border projects in a fast-developing environment
  • Data driven and with strong analytical skills
  • Strong multi-cultural communication and leadership skill
  • Always have the big picture in mind, while accurately handling the details
  • Very fluent in English in all work-related aspects
  • Swedish and Finnish language skills are big plus
