In joining us you will play an important part from the early start in one of the first large scale European battery factories. About the job
You will play a key role in leading our test team in the safety test laboratory and evaluating performance of our cells and their components during the different development phases, from prototyping to production of Li-ion cells.
The Test Manager is a vital member of the R&D validation team and key to Northolt’s mission to enable the future of energy. You will get the chance to have a real impact on our success story to change the future of energy and see actual results of your work throughout Europe (and beyond!).
The position is situated in Västerås with some travels to be expected.

We believe that you have :
A degree in electrical/mechanical engineering MSc or MBA/Relevant University Degree
More then 4 years of experiences with testing in automotive field or even better with batteries or electric components
You have been continuously leading successful teams driving innovative and challenging projects with high demands on accuracy and on-time delivery
Technical leadership and coordinating experience in a highly flexible and frequent changing environment are a must
Experienced with test execution, 5S, HSE, test/production planning and standardization; working with MSA´s is a plus
Experience from working in a multi-cultural environment
