The CIO is responsible for technology vision, planning and execution at the Stillfront Group level and for a variety of international gaming studios. Key areas are technology leadership for group-wide strategic R&D programs, cyber security, compliance and IT management including strategic vendor partnerships. In addition, the due diligence of potential acquisitions in support of the operational and legal teams is part of the role.
The CIO is supported by a dedicated team at headquarters and a variety of professionals across the Stillfront group to ensure technology is used effectively to support growth, deliver innovation and maintain effective operations.
YOUR MISSION
Provide decisive leadership in strategic technology planning, setting direction and enabling execution across a wide range of projects and technology stacks
Define and manage budget across cyber security and IT products shared across the Group, and deploy a program of further strategic IT partnerships / Group deals to drive effective cost containment
Maintain and improve group-wide security and compliance through the management and ongoing development of a comprehensive IT Governance framework in the public regulatory environment, liaising across finance and legal auditors and compliance teams in all matters pertaining to data privacy and security
Oversee and continue to develop an effective, globally-distributed team operating SOC, IT management and shared development projects across the Group’s strategic and operational roadmaps
Deliver solutions to specific needs across the Group’s studios, whether that is solving complex problems or establishing the means to unlock new value through innovation
YOUR BACKSTORY
You have 10+ experience as a successful manager with overall technological responsibility in a company where digitization and technology are drivers for the success of the business
Excellent knowledge of IT systems, IT technologies and infrastructures
You possess the expertise to define, plan and execute a broad portfolio of projects across technology stacks in a multinational company
Deep understanding of the technologies underlying modern online gaming or similar industries such as FinTech, e-commerce, social media, entertainment or advertising
Strong team management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
You are comfortable in regulated environments and are able to create and maintain procedures, policies and processes that meet regulatory and legal requirements
Ability to work strategically with senior executives, but likewise enjoys operational and hands-on work
You enjoy working in a high-performance, entrepreneurial and international environment with fast growth
Excellent work ethic and ability to manage multiple projects in a results-oriented manner

In 2020During 2020, the Stillfront family grew from 12 to 18 game studios. With the acquisitions, Stillfront added new types of games to the games portfolio, addressing a larger share of the total gaming audience and further diversifying its revenue streams.
In 2019In 2019, Stillfront built a new operational platform aimed at a three times larger Stillfront within five years. During the summer, Stillfront acquired KIXEYE, a leading developer and publisher of massively multiplayer online real-time strategy games for PC and mobile devices.
In 2015In December 2015, Stillfront successfully completed an IPO and listed its shares on NASDAQ First North Stockholm.
