The Chief Technology Officer is responsible for technology vision, planning and implementation oversight in a highly diverse environment, both at a centralized HQ level and across a wide array of international gaming studios. Three pillars of the Office of the CTO are technology leadership for Group-wide strategic R&D programs and initiatives, cybersecurity and compliance in a regulated environment, and IT management including strategic vendor partnerships. As Stillfront grows, technical due diligence expertise is required to assess new acquisitions and support operational and legal teams. Drawing from a dedicated HQ team and a diverse set of professionals across the Stillfront Group, the CTO ensures technology is leveraged effectively to support growth, deliver innovation and maintain effective operations.


  • Provide decisive leadership in strategic technology planning, setting direction and enabling execution across a wide range of projects and technology stacks

  • Define and manage budget across cybersecurity and IT products shared across the Group, and deploy a program of further strategic IT partnerships / Group deals to drive effective cost containment

  • Maintain and improve group-wide security and compliance through the management and ongoing development of a comprehensive IT Governance framework in the public regulatory environment, liaising across finance and legal auditors and compliance teams in all matters pertaining to data privacy and security

  • Oversee and continue to develop an effective, globally-distributed team operating SOC, IT management and shared development projects across the Group’s strategic and operational roadmaps

  • Deliver solutions to specific needs across the Group’s studios, whether that is solving complex problems or establishing the means to unlock new value through innovation


  • You have a track record as a resourceful and effective technology leader, at scale - you are both the “big picture” person and the person who understands the details sufficiently to drive technology decisions (from strategical thinking to hands on execution)

  • You have the innate ability to prioritize effectively and guide teams to stay on track and deliver optimal value to the business

  • You have experience in leading key technologically driven strategic projects ensuring best in class research, execution and optimized business impact

  • You have games or ecommerce or marketing network background. A strong understanding of analytic and performance marketing tools will be considered a plus

  • You are a natural leader, able to recruit and retain top talent, ensuring effective execution and delivery at every level in the technology organization

  • You are diplomatic and professional, possessing the soft skills to provide guidance and support in complex environments of competing risks and priorities -- this makes you a trusted partner to professionals across all disciplines

  • You are influential, able to advocate solutions and secure buy-in from stakeholders at all levels

  • You intimately understand the technologies underpinning the modern online gaming industry, and you have a history of demonstrated impact to innovation and operational strategies and programs

  • You possess the expertise to define, plan and execute a broad portfolio of projects across technology stacks, including web3 in a multinational company

  • You are comfortable in regulated environments, and you are able to create and maintain procedures and processes that satisfy regulatory and legal requirements

  • You are able to work with a diverse group of professionals across multiple continents and cultures

  • Strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple projects with a result-oriented focus

  • Strong team player, team management, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
