As Community Manager you will be the voice of Toca Boca and Toca Life World to our players and a key touchpoint to our community. You’ll put your creativity to use and engage with kids on their level, in a fun, playful, and safe way.
What you’ll be doing!
You will manage the main share of community engagement on our own social channels, and proactively engage on fan channels. You’ll manage and build relationships with our audience while fostering a fun playful community experience that delivers on the strategy goals. You’ll ensure that the execution of our Community Strategy is carried out to the best of the team’s ability, and that we are iterating on the execution to continuously improve our campaigns and ways of working.
You will be the champion of our player community, providing feedback, suggestions and trends to product teams and the entire studio. Together with the Creative Director, Social Media and Creative Hub teams you’ll ensure that we have engaging content and experiences in our channels.
Player safety is of absolute paramount as our target audience is kids under 13. We have a core of trust amongst parents that let their kids use our apps, and we should be seen as an industry leader in this regard with community engagement as well. Decisions should always be made with player safety in mind.
Is this you?
You’re an experienced social media user with a good understanding of the differences in user experience and tone between platforms, and you know how to represent a brand. You have a passion for kid and nerd culture, and experience with moderating and engaging with an online community.
With your creative cap on you generate ideas and suggestions to help elevate our marketing campaigns, and are able to effectively present feedback, suggestions and trends to internal stakeholders.
For this position it’s important that you are a strong communicator in English.

This position is full time and based in our Stockholm office with a hybrid working model (part office, part working from home). For this position you have to be located in Sweden. We're unable to offer relocation or help with work permit.
We apply a 6 months probationary period. As we’re an international company, with over 20 nationalities working here, and millions of users all over the world, you have to be fluent in English. Your application should therefore be in English.
