Individual contribution focused on:

  • Direct promotion and sales to the Wholesale market of current available Arelion services. L2, Ethernet, DDoS, Cloud Connect, DWDM, IPT, and DIA.
  • Build pipeline, forecast deals, and lead times to generate revenue.
  • Accurate and consistent reporting of sales and marketing activities around Wholesale
  • Achieve/Exceed goals for pipeline, closed deals, and revenue generation in the Wholesale vertical.
  • Develop required capabilities jointly with Products and Solution engineering to meet customer needs.
  • Actively drive the customer journey – defining the solution, quoting accurately and competitively, contract negotiations, delivery project management, service support, and life-cycle management of customer interaction with Arelion
  • Responsible for identifying and penetrating prospective Wholesale customers headquartered in the North America Sales Region.
  • Lead all stages of the sales cycle as needed to support the conversion of opportunities to sales
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry and customers to identify and propose unique solutions
  • Leverage knowledge to execute sales strategy that meets or exceeds revenue objectives
  • Create strong relationships based on trust, integrity and customer satisfaction to effectively drive sales and repeat business
  • Maintain current and accurate account of contact base, pipeline, probabilities of deals, and closed sales within CRM (Sales Force).
  • Track, analyze and report sales activity using Arelion’s internal sales reporting tools (SF)
