Job Description

The Social Media Intern is part of the wider marketing team at By Malene Birger, executing on our Social Media strategy and working towards reaching our social KPIs. As the Social Media Intern, you’re a strategic thinker with an affinity for all things digital, you also have a keen eye for detail. The Social Media Intern reports to the Digital Editor.

  • Day to day assistance on the By Malene Birger social channels
  • Implement the Social Media strategy across By Malene Birger’s channels
  • Create monthly social media reports and supply ad hoc analytics
  • Responsible for community management and engagement on By Malene Birger’s channels
  • Stay on top of content and changes in social trends, updates, and algorithms in order to deliver a social experience that is innovative and on-brand
Skills & Requirements
  • Experience in a similar role ideally within the fashion industry
  • Knowledge of social media, its formats, specifications, restrictions and usages
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Strong planning, organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Numerical affinity for reporting and analysis
  • Strong communicator with impeccable skills for documentation and presentation

The position requires 20-30 hours per week and runs from December or January for six months.
