We are offering an exciting position to a Product Marketing Manager who has a deep understanding of technology and experience in managing complex projects, a role that will be working on both the strategic and operational levels.
Our team is about to set out to build the next niche marketplaces for consumer goods in the Nordics, starting off in Norway. The goal is to build sustainable and financially viable digital products and services. The domain is circular ecommerce, or as we call it: recommence.
Building on Schibsted’s long experience within media, marketplaces and delivery, our team's goal is to establish Schibsted as one of the main actors in the recommerce space. We are about to build the ecosystem enabling a frictionless flow of both new and pre-owned goods between people and businesses.
We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager who has a passion for building smooth and user-centric marketing processes. You have experience in engaging the customer across all digital channels and take pride in the quality of our customer's communication.
You will bring high energy, structure, creativity and solution orientation when solving complex problems within our team. Also, you will need to work efficiently and empathically with other businesses when bridging user needs across the Schibsted group. The entrepreneurial spirit is key!
Skills & Requirements
Your personal traits/competence:
You have experience in utilising and optimising CRM/Marketing Automation platforms
You have a deep understanding of customer data and how to use it for building customer journeys and customer segments
You are analytical and methodical, with a focus on details
You are creative, solution-oriented and able to create innovative approaches
You have the skill of working in teams across disciplines and prioritizing the right tasks
You are outgoing, good at building relationships internally and externally
You have relevant higher education or experience to make up for it
You speak and write Norwegian and English fluently
To develop, on strategic and operational levels, engaging customer journeys across all digital channels - with personalized content that the customer loves
To implement defined strategies within customer communication, across channels and products (e.g. in our digital products, by email, SMS and push)
To contribute to building and testing automated models that ensure that our customers receive the right communication at the right time and in the right channel
To participate in further development of technical solutions revolving around the customer journey
