HR Reporting Analyst

The Belgian HR team is a dynamic team in full transformation. The HR Analyst will play a pivotal role in this team working closely with the C&B Manager and HR Director Belgium. The role contains a broad scope of managing HR data and accuracy, providing HR dashboards and data analysis in order to provide solutions. We also have several projects in the pipeline where the data insights of the HR analyst will be key. Key Accountabilities

  • Ensuring the needs in terms of HR data and metrics from the human resource information system (HRIS), as well as the consistency and reliability of the related information
  • Preparation of HR data reports to senior leadership, with a solution driven approach
  • Analysis of best practices in terms of HR Analytics, while ensuring right recommendations and follow-up to management
  • Recognize and suggest short-term and long-term goals, together with key performance metrics and related benchmarks.


  • 3-5 years of experience working in a data analytics/finance role
  • An eagle eye for detail - Excel has no secrets for you
  • Proficient in SAP
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A great team player as you will join a dynamic and engaged team
  • Good stakeholder management skills
  • Fluency in English, knowledge of Dutch or French is a big plus.
