Job Description

Meltwater is hiring an Enterprise Revenue Operations Manager. Revenue Operations is responsible for the overall operational efficiency of Meltwater’s Enterprise organization. The ideal candidate will translate business strategy into execution by overseeing the design and implementation of the operational engine, helping increase sales productivity and drive revenue growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Work and collaborate with global cross-functional teams

  • Oversee the sales funnel, improving performance and hygiene

  • Support Sales leadership with data and analysis to improve forecast accuracy

  • Provide performance and business analysis to support decisions at executive level

  • Streamline sales processes and review areas of improvement to increase deal velocity and close rates

  • Work with sales leadership to develop organizational goals, and support facilitation of annual planning processes

Skills & Requirements

What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ of B2B Revenue Operations experience for a global B2B SaaS company

  • Posses a blend of analytical and strategic output

  • Be data-driven and well versed in technology platforms, such as Salesforce, etc. to extract insights for the company’s GTM

  • Experience in financial forecasting and modeling

  • Knowledge of Tableau, Salesforce and Clari is a plus

  • Strong executive presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as client-facing presentation skills

  • Enthusiasm for a fast-paced, dynamic work environment

  • Outstanding time management skills, including the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines

  • Proven leadership experience

  • Bachelor’s degree with evidence of high achievement in academics and extracurriculars
