What you can expect from us.

• Liaising with Business stakeholders and incumbent team BA to design Core Banking solution
• Coordinating with Tech leads and Scrum Masters to define an appropriate level of details for Definition of Ready (level of granularity of specifications)
• Conducting workshops with demanding business stakeholders and reaching quickly consensus to produce detailed specifications
• Writing detailed functional specifications / technical solutions guideline (co-built with Tech leads)
• Questioning end-to-end design and advising client on good practices to design Core Banking based solutions to business problems
• Explaining and supporting applications consultants / development team on produced specifications
• Supporting the team during features demos / testing
• Assisting Quality Assurance teams during end-to-end testing phases and supporting complex defects analysis
• Actively contributing to Capgemini Business Analysts community to share expertise and grow as a team

What we expect from you.

• 7+ years of experience as Business Analyst / IT Business Analyst with a solid understanding of the Private Banking IT system (at least 5 years of working experience in Wealth Management)

• Excellent knowledge of Private Banking Products & services (FX, Securities, bonds, OTC, structured products, loans) , as well as Core Banking key functionalities (Deals processing, order management, general accounting, fees management, credits risk, client reporting, regulatory reporting, settlements, custody...)

• Good knowledge of Core Banking packages such as Avaloq, Temenos T24 and/or Olympic or in-house Core Banking solutions and experience in projects implementing one of these packages / solutions

• Experienced in analyzing end-to-end business processes, mapping Core Banking modules involved, identifying impacts of changes and describing changes to be performed on each component

• Ability to perform technical analysis on Core Banking packages configuration / in-house solutions code (usually in Cobol) and underlying databases to confirm impacts and identify technical risks

• Good capabilities to work autonomously, with few guidance, and still get things done

• English and French written and spoken

• Get work done under tight deadlines

• Business acumen - Ability to understand business priorities, and proactively propose solutions to business stakeholders
• Communication - Ability to summarize a situation and communicate status and risks to a project manager
• Used to work with Offshore team
