We are now looking for a Sales Executive with hunter mentality to join our Sales team in our office in Stockholm, Oslo, Copenhagen or Helsinki.

As a Sales Executive in Banqsoft, you will be responsible for…

  • Drive business (complex sales) for potential new customers in the Nordics and in Europe
  • Increase net sales and profit and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Being able to identify the customers’ needs and pain points and interact with Banqsoft's employees to provide products and services that address the underlying business problems and requirements
  • Develop a trusted advisory relationship with accounts, customer stakeholders and internal partners at all levels
  • Solid pipeline management
  • Participate in customer events


To succeed in the role as Sales Executive, we believe that you have…

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in complex sales, preferably in software
  • Good knowledge of the Asset Finance industry and its dynamics and challenges
  • Direct field experience in working with enterprise customers
  • Documented excellent sales result in generating business with new customer
  • A high level of general commercial understanding (business degree or similar)
  • Good ability to understand the customer's business, needs and drivers
  • Prestigious and pragmatic, informal leader in sales projects
  • Ability to plan and prioritize work on complex business
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a Nordic language and English. Skills in German language would also be useful
