We are looking for a driven Immigration Specialist to join us in our mission to contribute to a greener future. As we are scaling up and building our diverse and multicultural team, immigration plays a key role in our ecosystem.

This role is crucial to the success of our international and dedicated immigration team. By joining us, you will be an important part of establishing our immigration process and in that way contribute to building one of the first large scale European battery factories.

About the job

As an immigration specialist you will work closely together with our recruiting team on bringing new hires, who need a work permit, to Sweden. You play a central role together with our HR to keep current employees with a work permit updated and you are actively involved in the communication and information to the whole company. You will create business development activities and identify new opportunities and targets. Our team is growing and rapidly changing so you will have opportunity for personal impact and growth

About the team

The current team is 3-4 people based in different locations but meets on a regular basis in Stockholm. The long term goal is to make the immigration services as smooth as possible to our customers (ie employees and partners). You will contribute with knowledge, improve our ways of working internally with a great team and you are in contact with external authorities

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Offer a world class immigration support to our international hires

  • Be responsible for our new hires applications for work permits

  • Support and manage immigration processes internally

  • Create and drive different initiatives related to immigration

  • Have an active role in defining and shaping our processes with regards to immigration to ensure that we offer support and help to our new colleagues relocating from abroad

Skills & Requirements

We believe that you have :

  • A degree in HR, Business Administration or other related fields
  • Previous experience from immigration process and related services
  • Fluency in English and Swedish

  • Elementary computer literacy (MS Office)
