Researcher - Executive Search

We are looking for an experienced and driven Talent Acquisition Sourcer. This role will be based in our HQ in Stockholm.

As a member of our team, you will play an important role in identifying and engaging with top talent to support the growth of the entire organization. By joining Northvolt’s talent acquisition team you will be responsible for recruiting Northvolt’s most important asset. The Talent Acquisition team is instrumental to the company's success as our responsibility lies in finding the right talent that will positively contribute to the electrification of Europe. As a united, ambitious, dedicated, and quality-focused team, we work together to source, strategize and plan what is needed to find the best and global talent.

In this role, you will be working in our international talent acquisition team and in charge of attracting candidates, finding international talent, and growing the company by recruiting many talented engineers to our diverse organization. Your job will be owning a full cycle of the recruitment process that includes finding candidates, interviewing short-listed candidates over the phone and in person, to ensuring to enhance the candidate pipeline for critical roles within the organization.

Skills & Requirements

Education/Experience

  • A degree in MSc/Bachelor Degree
  • 2-5 years working experience in recruitment, especially search
  • Experience or interest in the manufacturing industry
