Lime Go is growing, and we are now looking for a doer to drive our marketing efforts through the roof!


Lime Go just became its own business area, operating independently like a startup in relation to the main organization, Lime Technologies. This is giving us the possibility to behave like a startup - without any financial or economical risk for you as an individual - yet, still have the experience from being a Nasdaq-listed company!

This is a highly unique opportunity that you will rarely come across ever again! This means you will play a key role in our journey of becoming the most user-friendly and intuitive CRM system in Europe.

What you will get to do

  • Launching Lime Go in new markets (we launched in two this year and are preparing for even more)
  • Be responsible for the whole lead funnel and optimize our conversion rates to become the most popular CRM in Europe
  • Create content, campaigns, and cool sales material to increase new sales/upselling and achieve massive growth
  • Wear many different hats within marketing such as growth hacking, content creation, talking with ad agencies, SEO & SEM, improve PPC and CAC, graphic design, website creation & optimizations, SoMe, demand generation, PR communications, lead generation, event marketing, brand awareness & creating buzz, marketing automation, copywriting, partnership collaborations, and more.
  • Be the first Marketer in our team consisting of 12 people in total - having a tight collaboration with sales, product, and customer success

Do not know all of the above? No worries! We have a bunch of internal and external resources to spare. As long as you have the right mindset, we will manage ;)

The product

Lime Go is the ONLY CRM system for sales and marketing departments populated with company data. Once signed up, you can start selling to more than 1M companies in no time. Currently, we have 1700 customers in Sweden, Norway, and Denmark but our goal is to be the obvious choice for ambitious companies all over Europe.

One year ago, we finished a product redesign which means the product is sexier than ever. You will market the fresh, fun, and powerful product and enlighten users that Lime Go is the way to Go.

What we are looking for

We want a doer and someone who is not afraid of trying out new ideas. You should be creative, fearless, entrepreneurial, and have a hunger to grow faster than ever before. We will challenge the big boys so you should enjoy being the underdog. You want to be part of something new, scalable with enormous potential. You have a passion for SaaS and going international. You take full ownership of the customer journey and enjoy optimizing the data points to drive conversions through the roof.

  • You have a few years of experience in digital marketing
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
  • Bonus if you speak any other European languages since we have grand plans!

The process, step by step

  1. First off, you will get on a screening call
  2. Then you will get a case assignment to show off your marketing skills
  3. After that, you will have an in depth-interview with Max (CEO at Lime Go) & one of our marketing resources from the Lime Group, physically - if possible
  4. Last but not least, you get to meet our Lime Group CEO (Nils)
