An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Global Health & Safety and Learning Manager to join our Lantmännen Unibake team at our office in Copenhagen.

This is what you will do
In this position, you will work 50% on our global Health & Safety strategy and 50% on global Learning & Development as part of our Lantmannen Unibake Learning Center. You will contribute to our Global HR Strategy building a World Class Organization, and reporting directly to the CHRO. You will be part of our international HR team and will develop and deliver with impact on the business where we have 6000 colleagues.

Primary areas of responsibility:

1) Unibake has embarked on a new strategic Health & Safety (H&S) journey, and your role is to contribute to building a culture of H&S Excellence, by:

  • Driving the further development and deployment of Unibake’s global H&S roadmap and objectives;
  • Ensuring deployment of our 7 Rules of Safety and other H&S global programs and concepts already introduced in all our units,
  • Continuously monitor progression by analyzing accidents and other H&S data to produce reports, identify trends and recommend actions;
  • Facilitate global H&S Committee meetings and participate in Global Operations Excellence Forum with the purpose to create shared ownership and local anchoring;
  • Further developing our health strategy through four prioritized focus areas and ensuring roll-out and deployment through local ownership,
  • Being a super user of our Safety reporting system;
  • Designing H&S training programs based on strategic needs.

2) The other half of the role is centered around Learning & Development where you will extend our offerings within Unibake Learning Center. You will do this by:

  • Developing learning programs based on strategic needs and with a blended learning approach;
  • Measuring the effect and ROI of the learning programs and proposing changes;
  • Ensuring deployment, further development, and efficient learning processes, including community-based learning setup, via different learning platforms, such as WorkDay, MS Viva, Articulate, etc.
  • Facilitating the development of new e-learning programs tailor-made for Lantamanenn Unibake;
  • Performing training coordination and ensuring compliance program completion.

To succeed in the role, you have:

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree within HRM, Organization, Strategy, or equivalent;
  • HR experience from large international, production companies, where you have also worked across countries;
  • Proven track record of designing efficient and inspiring learning programs based on a blend of learning methods;
  • Strong Health & Safety experience from an international production company where you proved your role as a successful H&S influencer;
  • A great understanding of best practices in health & safety.

  • Systematic and persistent in ways of working;
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written, verbal, and visual;
  • An efficient team player and ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
