We are searching for a digital marketer with expertise in social media advertising and performance marketing, who is also a talented writer (i.e. you know how to increase CVR through great ads and enjoys testing content on landing pages). Up for the challenge?

As a Paid Social Manager you are responsible for managing, executing and optimizing the paid social strategy globally. You will be working with digital ads, landing page content, CRO initiatives as well as digital lead generation flows. You will also be working closely with our field marketing team in order to optimize and execute on our social advertising in the local languages.

The Role

As you join the global digital marketing team, you will play a crucial role in further developing Meltwater's digital marketing strategy as well as contribute with the business impact of our social advertising, CRO and digital ABM initiatives. Apart from owning the global social advertising, you will be a part of a global digital growth marketing team working with various projects such as website CRO, performance marketing optimization, chatbot implementation and more.

What you will do:

  • Grow global customer acquisition through paid social marketing channels and ensuring that business goals are met
  • Build paid social demand generation funnel, impacting both ToFu, MoFu and BoFu goals
  • Own paid social self-serve platforms, such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager and/or data enrichment and campaign planning tools
  • Use your copy-writing skills to increase CTR on various social platforms
  • Create landing pages for social media ads (everything from idea, design, content and publishing)
  • Run A/B tests of landing pages and website content for better results
  • Take ownership of our paid social ABM strategy, working closely together with our Enterprise Director and field marketing team
  • Collaborate with BDR´s in improving lead quality and conversion rates
  • Work with the global digital team to improve digital lead generation and demand funnels across channels, platforms and growth initiatives
  • Continuously analyze performance data and analytics to support your next move (consider budget (re-)allocation across channels and/or markets, understand the pipeline experience across different touch points)
  • Manage and evaluate the performance of paid social acquisition campaigns and optimize accordingly to meet business goals

Skills & Requirements

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • Minimum 3 years of similar experience
  • Fluency in English (speaking and writing)
  • A flair for crafting compelling, persuasive copy in both long and short form
  • Fantastic communication skills
  • Proven hands-on experience in self-serve platforms, such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Facebook Business Manager
  • Being familiar with utilizing marketing automation solutions in social advertising and the complexity on how to successfully onboard these
    • Knowledge of Marketo (nice to have)
  • Ability to work both independently and in collaborative environments
  • Solution and goal oriented
  • Proactive and able to present new ideas (also for other digital growth marketing projects)
  • Ability to effectively work with tight deadlines and manage projects independently
  • An understanding of the dynamics in digital marketing - difference between demand and lead generation, A/B testing, attribution modeling, bidding strategies and marketing analytics
  • B2B or agency experience is highly preferred
