Are you passionate about the ever-changing digital marketing landscape, and want to play an important part in launching a new play experience that will be loved by kids all over the world? As Product Marketing Manager for Toca Days, you’ll be setting the go-to-market strategy and plan, and a marketing strategy that maximizes its reach, conversion, and appeal to players across the globe. Your primary focus will be on North America and the UK.
What you’ll be doing
Toca Days is a friendly multiplayer world for children where they can feel safe, creative and be able to express themselves. It’s currently in production and you’ll work closely with the Product Owner and the Brand Marketing Manager to set a product marketing plan that’s anchored in the set business goals, brand strategy and product roadmap. You’ll deliver high impact campaigns and initiatives that are brimming with creativity and sparked by a passion for Toca Days, its future players and fans.
You’ll establish marketing strategies and go-to-market plans, anchored in a product vision and business strategy to reach set goals, and execute on established marketing plans, ensuring that the product marketing strategy gets fulfilled as well as delivers on the overarching brand strategy.
You’ll be responsible for setting the product marketing budget and providing regular updates on this, and report on campaigns to internal stakeholders ensuring everyone is onboard with objectives and KPIs, fully briefed on campaign elements and understand roles, responsibilities and requirements to execute on the campaign plan and to meet deadlines.
As part of a highly talented team you’ll lead marketing specialists (such as social media, community, paid media, content etc.) in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns to ensure that they deliver on brief, this includes proofreading copy, feedback on campaign material, etc.
Being passionate about understanding kids as our target audience, you’re staying up to date with the latest market research and trend analysis to inspire and inform our marketing campaigns, and analyze historical and current campaign data to optimize marketing campaign direction, strategy and value.
Is this you?
You’re experienced in working with digital marketing campaigns for games, and have a solid understanding of and interest in performance marketing through paid user acquisition. You enjoy working with and driving KPIs around installs, engagement, retention and conversion, and are excited about working toward a kids target audience, driven by the fun and playful aspects whilst not shying away from the challenges.
You’re data driven with an analytical mindset and a strong understanding of key performance metrics, and able to effectively evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, identifying what worked well and what key learnings can be brought into future campaigns.
With experience in driving marketing campaigns from start to finish, you have strong project management skills and experience managing budgets. You’re comfortable multi-tasking and able to run several marketing campaigns simultaneously. With a problem-solving mindset you stay cool and adapt plans accordingly when changes occur.
You have a collaborative approach with exceptional communication skills and are fluent in spoken and written English.

This position is full time and based in our Stockholm office with a hybrid working model (part office, part working from home). For this position you have to be located in Sweden. We're unable to offer relocation or help with work permit.
