As an Employer Branding & Recruitment intern you will be part of the Talent Acquisition team that is ready to help you transition smoothly from student to professional.

Your key tasks & responsibilities:
We will together compose your package of tasks, fully adapted to your interests. Below you can find some examples:

  • You will identify best practices in employer branding & recruitment activities for graduates to become a top-of-mind employer
  • You will analyze the student market and detect new trends for Gen Z’ers
  • You will contribute to Capgemini’s employer branding strategy by creating content for our social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn …)
  • You will provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team
  • You will be the first point of contact for new candidates (cv screening, phone screening…)

Your profile:

  • You are enthusiastic, motivated and a real team player with a passion for people.
  • You are studying a Bachelor or Master’s degree in HR, Personeelswerk, Handelswetenschappen (HRM), TEW (Personeels- en organisatiemanagement), Communicatie Management, Communicatiewetenchappen, Psychologie (arbeids- en organisatiepsychologie)
  • You are fluent in Dutch or French and English
