Working as a software engineer
Our software engineers enable Sectra to deliver products and services to our customers by designing, programming, testing, maintaining and evaluation software solutions. In short, they ensure that we can deliver products with the right features, which solve the right problems for our end-users. We want our solutions to be perceived as easy-to-use, future-proof and effective and pride ourselves in truly understanding our customers environment.
Our development team is organized into an agile, self-organized group with a shared passion for technology who together are responsible for both the design, implementation, and quality of our products. Your main responsibilities will most likely include:

We take what we do seriously and prioritize the work ourselves after input from customers and stakeholder at Sectra. However, we like to have fun as well and want and encourage all our employees to explore their own ideas. For example, every six weeks, a two day “RAD-Friday” is arranged where all our engineers have the opportunity to work on their own ideas. Ideas that often are incorporated into our products.
You will also be part be part of a small team with the freedom to make meaningful decisions on a product that is expected to grow quickly in complexity and maturity in the coming years
