About the position
Our job in Talent Acquisition is to find, engage, and hire the best talent for Sectra. We hire individuals for their attitude and ability, which requires us to find extremely driven, innovative, and curious individuals who learn quickly to work as a part of our organization.
As a Recruiter at Sectra, you will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensure that Sectra is providing a world-class candidate experience, and serve as a trusted partner for our internal hiring teams.
What You’ll Do
Manage the recruitment cycle; including sourcing, reviewing applications, conducting assessments, conducting initial interviews, and scheduling interview for hiring managers
Ensure a world-class candidate experience while managing the source-to-offer strategy for each candidate
Maintain a talent pipeline of qualified candidates by proactively using creative sourcing strategies, both internally & externally, to identify and attract competitive candidates. This can be done via LinkedIn, college & external job boards, community network events, referrals, internal employees, online resources, etc.
Develop and maintain an excellent relationship with hiring managers and candidates to ensure the achievement of staffing goals
Establish yourself as a trusted partner and point of contact on talent acquisition-related matters for the organization
Communicate important employment information to candidates during the interview process (i.e. benefits, culture, compensation, company policies, etc.).
Stay informed about best practices and tools available related to attracting and selecting talent
Who You Are
What You’ll Need
Bachelor’s degree or related field or equivalent experience
A minimum of 3 years’ of full-cycle recruitment experience
Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS)
Ability to think strategically, execute effectively, and deliver high quality work against tight deadlines
Think critically, adapt easily to changing priorities, optimize your own time and enjoy collaborating
Operate autonomously and proactively to seek out solutions to problems

The salary range for this position is between $75,000 and $95,000, based on experience and qualifications.
